About Afternone Afternone is the musical project of singer-songwriter Anna He, known for her haunting vocals and genre-blending sound. She collaborated with acclaimed Canadian producer Roman Klun on her album Into the Void, recorded at Innsbruck Studios in New York City. Afternone's sound has drawn comparisons to a diverse range of artists including Bjork, Sinead O'Connor, Annie Lennox, Nine Inch Nails, Radiohead, and Massive Attack, reflecting her ability to move fluidly between ethereal, emotional, and industrial sonic landscapes. Anna He was also a member of the project A.W.I.M (Angels Whisper iN Me), and her music has been featured on the soundtracks of several international films, including the French titles Frontier(s) and At Dawn, as well as the American film The Divide. |
